This was my first time at Sapphire and the experience was great! The shop is clean, customer service was on point, and I like my nails. I got simple services — gel mani/pedi, but turned out great. I did go on a Friday during the day, and was the only one in the shop. Not sure if the shop gets busy on the weekends. I will be returning.

I sent a quick text to get a mani refill and instantly they replied and I got an appointment within a couple of hours! She works so well and does really good work. If it wasn't for my nails growing so fast I wouldnt have had to go back within 2 weeks. AW
